Confidentiality
We
understand that the documents you send us are
personal and private items, sometimes containing
information of a confidential nature, and we are
careful to safeguard your privacy.
Therefore,
while your document is in our hands it will be
seen by only one person - the editor selected
to check it. The document will be kept on a single,
secure computer, protected by password and other
security measures. Our office computer system
is protected by a firewall and the latest security
methods to ensure unauthorized access to your
document is impossible. Most importantly, finished
documents are regularly deleted from our system
unless you request otherwise. On the other hand,
we are happy to keep a reference copy if you prefer.

in this regard
